Music from my soul
9:40 AM

As for my song-writing, its been a great feeling writing songs. I've two songs done with the chord progression figured out as well.

The first song is "You May Be The World"
Its about and to my ex-crush. The song really says it all. Its 100% true, except the first line. We don't go to the same school. I meet him online instead. So basically the song says it all, ... yeah. But pity, I tried to get over him because he was dating someone else and I know I might not get that chance with him. I managed to and then I found this unfinished song. I finished it and it didn't turned out half bad.
The song title was written by my awesome friend, Khoo Yuan Ping. He writes some of the most beautiful quotes I've heard and this is actually on of my favorites: "To the world, you may seem like just one person. But to one person, you may be the world". Doesn't that just speak to you.
So, , this is for you. I know you'd like it very much.....
But for some reason... he is back to being my crush.....

Moving on...

The second is called, "Masquerade".... oooo.... lol
This song is about escaping your troubles and worries and just go to a place where you can be happy and calm. Its actually an advice for everyone (which I found works on me) : To turn a deaf ear, or In the right and out the left ear. I've been very fascinated with balls, masks, gowns, parties, mystery and romance of the Romantic and Classical Era, around 18th-19th century.
So I can be happy at the ball :D

Perhaps, one day, if I write more good songs, I might compile it into a demo :)
I want people to enjoy my music they way I enjoy writing it. And I want people to feel the emotions I went through to write the songs. I want to make them smile through my music, all the time. Be it good times or bad times. Cheers to the future

Thanks, Ray Ray
